Once your order has been received by you, please check it to make sure you are happy with the goods. If not, and you wish to return an item(s) please do so within 10 days, including the delivery note that clearly states which items you are returning. We would suggest returning any items to us by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. If you wish to return an item(s) please ensure that the tags are intact and that the items are in the same condition as they were when they arrived with you, ie in a new unworn condition.
We will be happy to exchange an item(s). Please contact us to advise what you would like to exchange the item(s) for and if we have it in stock we will be happy to do this.
The Hedgepig will inspect each returned item before processing a refund. If the items are not returned in accordance with the above, we reserve the right not to refund you and will contact you. The decision made by us will be final. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days via the original payment method, however please allow up to 30 days for processing.
Occasionally mistakes are made by us (we are human!) and therefore you may receive the wrong size or wrong garment. If this happens, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent, subject to stock. If we decide that we are responsible for the mistake we will arrange for a postage credit to be sent to you in this instance only via the original payment method.
